Craftsmanship

How a Xaya is built

Every hull is laid up, bonded, and finished by the same small team — built to a standard, not a schedule.

01

Vacuum Infusion

Hulls and structural components are infused under vacuum, drawing resin evenly through the laminate for a consistent fibre-to-resin ratio, lower weight, and greater strength than hand lay-up.

02

Composite Construction

Marine-grade GRP throughout the hull, deck, and structure — corrosion-resistant, low-maintenance, and built to hold its integrity for decades at sea.

03

Deep-V Hull

An offshore-tuned deep-V with an aggressive entry, lifting strakes, and reverse chines — soft through chop, stable at rest, efficient at speed.

04

Bonded & Fastened

Critical structure is chemically bonded and laminated into the vessel; serviceable hardware is mechanically fastened in marine-grade stainless steel.

Materials

Premium Scott Bader resin systems · E-glass woven roving · multiaxial reinforcements · structural composite cores · UV-resistant marine vinyl over high-density foam.
